an STL - Sister Training Leader. basically in charge of all the sisters in the zone and goes on exchanges and whatnot training - when new missionaries come into the mission they need a trainer to teach them the ropes of the mission and the work and the standards and the language white washing - normally when theres transfers usually one missionary stays in the area and one leaves. so that theres at least one missionary who knows the area and the friends. well white washing is when both missionaries there leave and they stick two new missionaries there. bikes - when they dont have enough cars they stick you on bikes again mixteco - a dialect in Oaxaca and Guerrero that isnt written, only spoken. also sounds nothing like spanish. any one of these can be pretty difficult to do in a transfer. and yall IM DOING ALL 5. yep you heard that right. im an stl, im training a brand new missionary, pink washing the area(meaning elders were there before), on ...
