¡Hola Hola!

Not even going to lie I hate writing emails. But I love my fans so this one's for you guys.

MTC life is pretty good we've found a good groove of how to do things. It seems like we spend all our time in the cafeteria though. We wake up, go to the cafeteria, study, back in the cafeteria, class, cafeteria. You get the picture. I've come to loathe the cafeteria. According to the elders we have 40 meals left here.

As of Wednesday I've been a missionary for a whole month! How crazy is that?

Everything is great here. Except my Spanish. Hermana anderson and I had to give a lesson in Spanish and bless her for realz cause I probably said 2 things the entire lesson! But hopefully our friend got the overall message of it. Being in spanish for 6+ hours just hurts my brain. I just end up tuning the teacher out no matter how hard I try to pay attention. (Lo siento maestros)

Today was reassignment day! About half the elders in our district dont have their visas yet so they get temporarily assigned till it comes! Except Elder Bowcut and Christensen. They were originally assigned to Bolivia but Bolivia hasn't sent out visas in a loooooong time. The ladies at the travel office laughed out loud at them when they asked if their visas to Bolivia had come yet. But that means Elder Bowcut gets to come to Cali now! Elder Bowcut and Elder Saunders were reassigned to the Riverside and Arcadia California missions! So stoked to have them join me in the best state!

One thing I don't think I'd realize was how hard it is to be here for 5 weeks and not just cause of the cafeteria. We've had to part ways with a lot of amazing missionaries who have been awesome friends. Especially when they got to the mtc after you and leave before you! But I know they're all going to do so many amazing things and the people are so lucky to have them! Small story but there's a sister in my branch with a cousin who lives on the same floor! As one does to a family member they've been slightly pranking one another every day. It started with putting a watermelon in someone's bed, then an iron in the other person's bed, then a vacuum, then 3 mattresses (refer to photo), then 5 dinner plates with dinner still on them, and then the entire cabinet of toilet paper. As the STL sometimes I wonder if i should put a stop to it but a.) I'm too entertained and impressed b.) They clean up everytime and c.) I helped with one of them so

The days usually get pretty repetitive here but my district is constantly keeping me laughing and having fun and growing my testimony and they're just such a blessing. Even when they create weird games that involve poking your food.

Spiritual Thoughts!
- We had an apostle come speak to us! Elder stevenson and his wife are amazing! D&C 31:3 "Lift up your heart and rejoice, for the hour of your mission is come; and your tongue shall be loosed, and you shall declare glad tidings of great joy unto this generation."
Lift up your hearts and rejoice! even and especially on the hard days.
- 2 Nephi 4:19-34. "I know in whom I have trusted. 20 My God hath been my support; he hath led me through mine afflictions in the wilderness; and he hath preserved me upon the waters of the great deep. 21 He hath filled me with his love, even unto the consuming of my flesh."
Trust in the Lord! Keep telling yourself "Lord I have no idea where I'm going but I trust you with it all"
- "Pray as if it all depends on the Lord and work as if it all depends on you"

Anyways I know there is probably more I should be writing but I can't remember and also I hate writing emails and Samsung. I'll try and send a better one next week. Or maybe not who knows. so for now Chao Chao! I love you guys! Have a wonderful week!
