Just Like A General Authority

hiiiii i have like no time but tons of pics so
Also my emails being weird so you might get this twice and like super late but idk why anyways

Highlight reel
- zone conference!! Literally was so fun and awesome to see all the other missionaries
- Spoke in church again (english this time) and i have to speak twice next week. "Memorize your talk. Give your talk JUST like a general authority. Do you think President Eyring has something to read from? No he doesn't." (He literally does its called a teleprompter) - our 2nd counselor
- randy the maintenance guy came to fix our heater (such a sweetheart we love randy) but its still not fixed and i dont really know why
- our apartment is slowly falling apart. Heater doesnt work, oven stopped working, and our power went out this morning. So we had to move the fridge to the one working outlet
 - we can literally see our breath in the morning its so cold
- We worked SO HARD this week and absolutely trippled our efforts there, found so many people, invited everyone and their moms to church, had to beg bishop to not cancel cause we were postive we'd have so many friends there, and then 1 person came, eso es la vida de un misionero

Im just gonna add part of my talk here

"When I was in the MTC one of my teachers had this obsession with snails. She would draw them all over the whiteboard and had stickers on her water bottle and all us missionaries had no idea why. So one day we asked her why she loved snails so much. And she told us that while she was on her mission she had a really really hard day and she was wondering why she was even on a mission in the first place. She stepped outside her apartment and saw a snail on the porch and it made her smile. So from then on she would look for the snails. And whenever she was having a hard day she would see a snail and it reminded her that she wasn’t alone. That Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ were sending her small signs to show her They were there. She said she saw the Savior in the snails.

So I’ve learned to look for the Savior in everything I do. Not that I didn’t see Him before, but now I see Him in the blue sunny skies or the rainy windy days. I see Him in the laughter I share with my companions. I see Him and His light in the eyes of the people I teach. I see Him when I hand out stickers to the little kids. I see Him in the smiles of others as we wish them a wonderful day. I see Him in the members that support one another and welcome our friends into church. And I see Him in the snails. And every time I start to get down, Christ sends me another reminder of His goodness, to remind me that I can do this and He’s always with me"
