BROSKIS DID YALL LISTEN TO CONFERENCE?!?!?! highlight of my week hands down! i was so stoked to hear the messages! for those who dont know General Conference happens twice a year when the leaders of the church and our amazing prophet Russell M Nelson speak to the world to give spiritual guidance and inspiration! basically its the best flipping time of the year and this past weekend did not disappoint!! im so excited to go back and relisten to them! I just love president Nelson with my whole heart!! a few of my favorite quotes were

well conference was basically the best psrt of the week, other than that we've just been biking a ton and teaching the good word!
- all us hermana stayed the same here in Santa Maria so it was nice to not have to worry about changes!
- prayers for carlos! he gets baptized this sunday and is so ready and excited!
- we taught the cutest family the other night. we were squished in this tiny room of an tiny apartment with a mom, dad, little boy and girl and a 3 week old baby. we taught them about prayer and while hermana powell was praying i cracked my eyes open a little and almost sobbed seeing this cute family with their heads bowed to pray and the spirit just squeezed my heart and i felt like i could burst with happiness. gosh i love it here
- so basically there are a lot of recent converts that live in our area but other missionaries cover them cause they were the ones to baptize them. well to make it easier on everyone they reassigned all the recent converts to the correct missionaries based on where they live. so we went from 2 recent converts to 14 in like 2 minutes
- hna powell and i found a shopping cart in the alley so of course we had to snap a few flicks
- the members keep telling us we shouldnt ride our bikes at night in our area cause it isnt safe (its perfectly fine theyre just being paranoid) but basically we're like uuuuh how do you expect us to work?
- hna powell and i got to clean out the shower drain from our apartment... honestly not even sure when it the last time it was cleaned
- I made my first Do Not Contact record this week. basically when you put in their records that you shouldnt ever contact them in the future. This guy responded to one of our mission pages about meeting with the missionaries to learn more about Christ. anyways to make a long story short our past few calls with him have been really weird and after this one call we hung up and he called us on WhatsApp 12 times and our normal number 6 times before we blocked him and made him a DNC. Then he called us from a private number 4 more times that night and 2 early the next morning...
