The End
welp. i go home in 2 days, but more on that in a sec!
-Elder Homer of the seventy and his wife came and did a tour of our mission and it was so fuego i learned so much! i got to sing with hna olaveson and some other elders which was awesome and i cried pretty hard when we all sang Called To Serve at the end!
somethings i loved that he said was
- "there are two important days on your mission. The day you start, and the day you find out why you're here"
- It takes a strong and brave person to say "i need help"
- we can live with our friends for eternity too
- 3 nephi 5:13
- jesus hears the songs we cannot sing
- all the voices in Gods choir qre different for a reason
- hna Nelson and I were parents for like 2 days! we took sister Saunders (whos in her first transfer) with us while her comp and hna demordaunt went to mlc
- i got to go to santa barbara for exchanges with sister adams! it was rad and SB is super bougie
- said goodbye to friends and the branch and im so sad to say bye. lompoc has my heart
- raul and juanito from oxnard came to visit me and hermana demordaunt!
- gave my departing missionary testimony to the mission and basically sobbed through the whole thing and then sobbed through all of hna demordaunts
i dont think there are sufficient words to begin to explain how much my mission and these people touched my heart. im so th(ankful for every moment and every day and all the hard. for all the companions and missionaries who have changed my life. and im so infinitely grateful for my savior. and everything hes done for me. for never giving up on me. and im thankful for all of you for following this journey!
ill be speaking about it all on February 9th at 10:30am! 4505 N Linder Rd, Meridian, ID 83646
2 Timothy 4:6-7
6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
